  4. Let the tomato paste mix soup boil for at least 2 minutes. In this period, add crushed garlic into the soup..
  5. Add your fish(tilapia) into the stew in the sufuria. Using your cooking spoon, pour the stew on top of the fish to make it wet but don't turn the fish around a lot(mix) to avoid breaking the fish..
  6. Place a lid on the sufuria and let it boil for at least 5 to 10 minutes..
  7. Serve with rice or ugali. I served mine with fried spinach and ugali. Yum! Enjoy..
