Steps to make Chicken Lollipop:

  1. First take wings and gently push bottom skin to top to give it lollopop shape. Use reverse knife for it..
  2. Marinate these wings in soy sauce, red chilli paste, chilli vinegar, garlic paste and salt for an hour..
  3. Now for coating we are using dry as well as wet mixture. 1st take half of cornflour powder in seperate bowl. Add 1 tbsp of shezwan chutney in it. In case if you dont have chutney just use red chilli powder. Add 1 tsp of besan, 1 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp of chilli vinegar. Mix it. And using water make slightly thin paste of it.
  4. Now take remaining cornflour in plate. Cover wings with powder. Remove extra. Deep this wings in wet mixture drip all excess. Again put it in dry mixture and wet mixture. Try to remove any excess. And directly put it in hot frying oil and fry in on low to medium flame.cook it till it gets nice crispy layer..
  5. Serve it with shezwan sauce..
